Spectator Ticket Terms
For BIWA International 2026 spectator admission tickets specifically — a separate policy from BIWA International’s rider/competitor entry terms at biwainternational.com/terms. Last updated: September 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a spectator ticket or attending BIWA International 2026 as a spectator, you agree to be bound by these Spectator Ticket Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase a ticket or attend the event.
2. Ticket Purchase
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer. Each ticket is valid only for the date(s) printed on it and admits one person. Tickets must be presented (digital or printed) at the venue entrance. Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.
3. Entry & Scanning
Your ticket's QR code will be scanned at the entrance and is valid for a single admission per printed date. A ticket that has already been scanned, or that is not valid for the current day, will be refused entry — event staff can direct you to on-site assistance if you believe this is in error.
4. Event Rules & Safety
All spectators must comply with safety regulations established by the event organizer and venue staff. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who violates event rules, behaves in a disruptive manner, or poses a safety risk. Follow all posted signage and instructions from event personnel.
5. Liability
Attendance at BIWA International is at your own risk. The organizer, venue, sponsors, and their affiliates are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or property damage during the event. Take appropriate precautions, including sun protection and hydration.
6. Media & Photography
By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These images may be used by the organizer for promotional, marketing, or editorial purposes without additional compensation. If you do not wish to be photographed, notify event staff upon entry.
7. Cancellation & Changes
The organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule or activities without prior notice. If the event is cancelled outright due to force majeure or circumstances beyond the organizer's control, a full or partial refund of spectator tickets may be issued at the organizer's discretion.
